On July 17, 2020, Jennifer and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary! Together, we reflect on the last 10 years of running our West Coast Swing dance business (www.wcsdanceo.com). We also talk about what we’ve learned working in businesses that we own. A big revelation is there is really no “overnight success”, it’s more like 5-10 years worth of work. And, Rene’s hair keeps getting longer.
